GES is the official decorator for the conference. They will be setting up the pipe, drape, power and furnishings for your booth as well as providing warehousing for shipped materials. The Exhibitor Kit includes Shipping Labels you can print and use. It also has order forms for Labor if needed and pricing on warehousing and delivery if you are sending to the warehouse.
If you are local and driving in, please refer to the loading dock directions. You can unload a personal vehicle at the dock but it cannot be left there while you set up. It must be moved.
If you are hand carrying your booth in from the street level, you may do so as long as it can be done by one person. This is a Union hall so they are strict on some stuff.
REMEMBER THAT NOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CONVENTION CENTER IF SENT TO ARRIVE PRIOR TO MONDAY, APRIL 13TH.
