A Special Issue (SI) of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ULTRASONICS, FERROELECTRICS, AND FREQUENCY CONTROL (T-UFFC) containing invited and contributed papers on eminent work presented at the IFCS-EFTF-2015 conference will be published.
All special issue manuscripts will undergo the T-UFFC’s regular peer review process. Note that all papers of the SI must contain a significant amount of new and substantive material, significantly enhanced as compared to the corresponding proceedings publication. Novelty is justified best by, for example, new theoretical or experimental results, enhanced modeling and characterization or descriptions of new applications. They must include the conference presentation as the first cited reference. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through IEEE’s ScholarOne Manuscripts: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tuffc-ieee. Be sure to select “Special Issue” as the Manuscript Type. Please attach further details in a cover letter.
In order to aid the review process, authors submitting manuscripts based upon conference presentations must upload a copy of the conference paper as a supplementary file. Please note all submissions will be screened via CrossCheck. Deadline for submission to the special issue is 15 June 2015.
